Advice Needed
I just need a few words of advice.
I dont have my next dr appt for a follow up until after the New Year.. and with all this covid nonsense going on I wont be able to go in until then, so that's why I'm posting here for anyone that may have some words that'll help.
Okay, so... I had my weight loss surgery Dec 1.. had my AF Dec 8th (yes it was awful being in recovery for a week then surprise AF shows up a week later and a week earlier than she should have.)
I told my fiance that I didnt want to have sex until I was at my 4 week mark just to be sure the pain level was down and I would be comfortable switching positions etc..
Well he decided he couldnt want that long so we ended up doin the do (unprotected) on Dec 20th which was 2 days shy of my 3 week mark..
Now according to my ovulation prediction on here I ovulated 2 days later.. so now I'm scared that I may have been within range for me to be pregnant.
My cycles have always been between 24-28 days like clockwork almost and I dont know if that was right or just a weird prediction because of my AF this month being a week early.
My next predicted AF date is Jan 4th.. but I dont know if I should trust the app. I've been driving myself bonkers since I seen my OPD was 2 days after we did it.
So should I just wait for a full month to pass before I get myself worked up and start testing?.. do you think I shouldn't take the apps prediction too seriously?.. or should I be worried that I could be pregnant so soon after my WLS because of the effect it has on hormones?
We were TTC earlier this year from May-Oct with no luck then I was approved for my surgery so we immediately stopped trying and I would count the days from my last cycle so I would be out of the range for ovulation.. and it worked thus far. But now with all this I'm more worried than ever.
Any and all advice is welcomed. And TYIA mommas😘
