9 weeks spotting cramping

I'm 9 weeks today. I've had some on qnd off spotting the past week. Some days I'll have nothing, others ill just have occasional pink spotting when I wipe or small spots in my underwear. I do have slight to mild cramps but nothing super heavy or anything. Could this be normal or signs of a possible miscarriage??? I still have some pregnancy symptoms like nausea. Super tired. Cravings. Has anyone else experienced this and been ok???
