6/7 dpo or period trying to start

I have pcos and I started 2 round of inotisol. I spotted 2 xs 3 wks apart. Thinking ok! I ovulated or i am having a period. Never touched pantyliner. Only wiping, the 2xs it happens for about 4 day and not all day.

Dec 18 i had one side cramping and did see ewcm. Saw it dangle in toilet as well.

So i have a rough estimate of "ovulation".

Dec 24 DTD saw some blood w cm or semen. 😒 Nothing rough and didn't feel cervix get hit.

Dec 25 though af is coming. Wiped in am and saw a lot more blood w cm. Later on maybe saw brown drying on tp.

Some blood did go on pantyliner, but nothing to change for..

Idk what to do. Expect af or what!😒 Or even call this a coming period. I did see a clot in toilet this morning, so it confirmed af is here. Just wondered if anyone that has had a healthy pregnancy with something similar. Similar as with the clot i saw. I have read it's only af or miscarriage. I feel fine
