No symptoms

This is my third baby and I am 6 weeks today! Both pregnancies I have had, I’ve been sick pretty soon after finding out I’m pregnant. I found out really early this time(super surprised how early). I tested positive 6-7 days before missed period where normally it’s a very faint line the day before missed period.

The only symptom is some mild cramps, tugging, some headaches. Could everything still be ok? My first appointment/ultrasound is at 7w2 days
