Wrong flange size?

So I started off using 24mm flange sizes. They fit fine at the beginning of my pump session but then my nipple swells and rubs against the sides of the flange. Is this a sign I should get a bigger flange size? Or is this normal?

mine does the same. as long as it doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t suck in a large amount of your areola then you’re good😊

Looks too big. I had this SAME problem where I used the size that my pump came with which was a 24mm. I ended up being an actual size 19-20mm. The nipple should be able to move freely within the Falange and NOT swell up to look like a small sausage. That means it’s pulling in too much tissue. Measure your nipple again to make sure your size is correct.
