Ankle/side of shin pain after c-section

This morning I’ve been having a slight soreness in the side of my shin. I had my c section a little over a week ago. My swelling has finally gone down, and I’ve definitely been up and walking around a lot. I know the signs of DVT are “calf pain, warmth, redness and swelling. The only thing I’m having is the slight soreness and it’s not in my calf. I have a drs appointment on Tuesday, would it be okay to wait until then to say something about it, assuming it doesn’t get any worse or no other symptoms develop?
