Diarrhea and vomiting hurt the baby?

I must’ve ate something my body didn’t agree with yesterday and was up all night violently vomiting and had diarrhea. I know it’s hard on your body to be like that, but does it hurt the baby? I’m 12 w 4 d

Make sure you stay well hydrated and consider drinking some electrolyte drinks too. Eat small amounts of bland food if you can stomach it but you may have to wait till the vomiting stops.
