Strong OPK at 10 dpo

I am somewhere around 10 dpo. Didn’t use opk’s this month. But I have been having horrible heartburn for the last few days after eating or drinking literally anything! I didn’t have any pregnancy tests on hand and just had to feed my poas addiction so I took an opk and it’s pretty strong.

I know you can have another surge before your period starts though so I don’t have my hopes up too high. But have any of you ladies had a strong opk around this time end up with a bfp? I am going to pick up some pregnancy tests and I may take one with fmu tomorrow.
