Is this okay

If I have $20 leftover from my weekly paycheck after putting money away, paying bill, and whatever else we need, is it okay to spend it? Like I know I SHOULD be putting away as much as possible every paycheck, but I like treating myself and my boyfriend at the end of the month. If we cant agree on what we want to do with the money we just split it, $40 for me and $40 for him. He pays for mostly everything, I just contribute $500
