Everything has changed it seems in 2 days

I feel like everything has changed in the past 2 days. I'm 30 weeks this week. I feel panic set in because I have no baby clothes washed. No crib or bassinet set up. My back has ached for 2 days with no releif, and today I have menstrual type cramps. My breasts are leaking today and as I see with others I guess it's normal, but it's never happened in my 4 other pregnancies. I am diabetic and my numbers have been a roller coaster these past few days too! What is going on with me!!?
