What’s in your hospital bag?

Hey ladiesss , so I been anxious to get my hospital bag ready. Got some goodies from amazon just now. What are you mommas packing ?

LOTS of snacks and comfy clothes!! That’s all I needed the first time around, haha. And an outfit to take the baby home in 😀

All I needed was my nursing night gown, hair brush, scrunchies, phone charger, pillow, something to go home in (loose fitting pants and sweater), and tooth paste! For baby, a couple of swaddles (the nurses will want baby naked under the swaddle for easy skin to skin) and an outfit to go home in. With COVID they are trying to get people discharged ASAP so you don’t need to bring a lot

Night gown, toothbrush 🪥, paste, deodorant, flip flops, underware, charger, go home clothes, and hair brush. And for baby just some one sizes and warm clothes, nurses like to make sure baby is accessible to skin to skin as much as possible, some diapers not that many they will provide that at the hospital, and the go home clothes.

I’m going to bring the small little toiletries, so I can just through it all out when we get home! Very loose fitting cloths, socks, underwear. Charger with a very long cord, snacks, an outfit to go home for the baby (including socks and a hat, since it will be cold in March). I will also bring my own formula, just in case. With my son I had to give formula and I don’t want my child to have the stuff they give in the hospital. I rather feed an organic formula, if I have to. Hoping that breastfeeding will be easier this time around!
