Not sure if it’s an STI, STD, or yeast infection

Recently, I have been having some trouble with my vaginal area. I was sexually active a couple of weeks ago with a friend, but nothing after the multiple times we slept together resulted in what i feel now. We have always used protection in sex and not once have we done it without it except orally.

Maybe a week or two pass and i feel a little bit of irritation. The discharge that i have usually bothers me to the touch and when i can’t get to a pad i use toilet paper instead. This later resulted in more irritation and itchiness. So I went and bought a 7 day Monistat cream to help soothe the issue in case it was a yeast infection. Now about 5 days in, the itchiness hasn’t really gone away, and i have yellow discharge. It hasn’t dried and is still liquid. It has a slight odor to it, but nothing unbearable. I’m worried and scared, but i’m trying to stay positive. When we did oral I received no irritation in my mouth whatsoever and there are no bumbs in and around my mouth, but there is (what seems to feel like) a small bump next to my vaginal opening. I don’t know what to think of it nor do and of course it’s hard not to think the worst.
