3 hour glucose test

I failed my 1-hour glucose test by 3 points (my value was 133), so they sent me to do the 3-hour test. I just finished it about 2 hours ago and a nurse called to make sure I made it home okay because my 3 hour sugar level was 45. Anything under 70 is considered low for them and she said anything under 50 is flagged as critical. My other numbers were on the low side of the specification, but nothing that far out of range except the 3 hour.

She said it would go up soon after eating, which I did as soon as I got in my car, but I'm still worried about why it was so low. And I feel extremely tired and weak right now. Has anyone had this happen before? Did you have to do anything in particular longer term? I am also worried about what that level could have done to my baby.

I only had to fast past midnight and my test was at 630 am. Normally I don't eat past midnight or before 10 am anyways, so the fasting time is really normal times that I would be sleeping anyways.
