Anyone else? How do you get over it?

Question

How do you get over finding out a bunch of things your ex did during your guys’ relationship? We broke up and now I’m finding out a bunch of things like how he’d been flirting with many girls, trying to get their numbers, asking them out, etc. My feelings are hurt to the max 😞 how do I get over it? He did me so dirty...

It totally sucks to find those things, but thankfully he’s your ex and you’re no longer in a situation for him to disrespect your relationship like that. Be thankful you got out when you did. 
Try focusing on yourself instead of him ( do things you love, hang out with friends, start a new hobby) and eventually you’ll find you don’t think about him as much and the pain will pass.

You comfort yourself through the pain. It’s ok to hurt. Feeling betrayed is normal in this circumstance. Be kind to yourself and ket your heart heal at its pace. 
Don’t look at it as time wasted since all relationships teach us great lessons on what we would want for our future. For example, now you know you want someone Authentic, Genuine, Kind, Faithful, Heart centered thanks to your ex who showed you the opposite. That’s how you look at the bright side. 
Pain sucks but you come out a brand new stronger person. Again, just nurture yourself through it all. No need to reach out to him, those types of men don’t care. Ask the universe for a real man 💖 sending you love
