Should I be worried??

So I’m on the pill vieniva and I started my 4th pack this month. This last week I was supposed to start my period but I didn’t. I’m currently four days late and I’ve been experiencing symptoms of mood swings and cramps and Breast tenderness. I went a few weeks without taking my pills because my refill package was late and I wasn’t able to take any pills for like three weeks. I know it’s normal for my body to be trying to get back to normal after not taking pills for a while but I’m kinda freaked out. I haven’t had any unprotected sex and a matter of fact I am a virgin, but I have done some oral and dry humping. I know it’s impossible for me to be pregnant but I’m starting to worry. I just need to know if I’m overthinking this or what. Thank you!
