Help! I trapped myself

My mom died in February. After my dad left she was depressed for years. One day she blew up, she told me that no man can be trusted none of them were any good. Being in my twenties I thought I can prove her wrong. I went celibate, thinking a real man would appreciate self control and fidelity. Nope, men are spiteful mean spirited nasty creatures who prefer a woman who’s been run through by a football team and only ensuite hate. now in my thirties I’m emotionally broken and have zero confidence left. I don’t even know how to socialize anymore. What do I do?
