Weight gain at 30 weeks..

How much weight did you guys gain at 30 weeks? I’m close to 30lbs and I’m feeling really defeated. I have pcos and my doctor said sometimes that can cause more weight gain (I work out, eat well for the most part) but that she isn’t concerned..
