If so, how often -

I'm not sure if I should up feeding/solids during the day.

Currently, we wake up at 7:30 sometimes 7 and nurse. Ill get him ready for the day and then he plays. Then around 8:30 ill feed him solids and we take 1st nap around 9:30ish to 10 depending on his sleepy cues. We then nurse about 6-7x and play all through out the day with two more naps in between until bed time. His doctor said not to overload him with solids and just start in the morning time and work our way up. We just started solids about three weeks ago and im doing the every three day kind of thing. Maybe there is a correlation?

He goes to sleep at 7:45 (I've tried earlier but his dad comes home at 7 and he is obsessed with daddy.) Then he will wake up at 10, 1, 3 and 4. Every time he wakes up, he is asking for food. Ill give in if nothing else works but this has been going on for two weeks. Not sure if it is the regression since he just turned 6 months or if I have a bad sleeper ob my hands. He's only slept thru once or twice since bringing him home. I don't want to do the CIO method because I'd feel absolutely awful! Does anyone have recommendations or do I need to suck it up and have him CIO?
