I heard that prenatal vitamins will help me conceive my first baby .. i’ve never been pregnant before and i have been trying for 7 months , a LONG time. i will do anything 😫

They get your body ready to carry a pregnancy and help to reduce risk of birth defects. 7 months also is not a very long time to be ttc, I know it feels long but it can take an average healthy couple a year to get pregnant.
