Broken promises..

My fiancé promised me that he would get me an engagement ring for the past two Christmases. I haven’t said anything else about it since the holidays are still among us, but I am left very hurt and confused yet again. I thought he would surprise me on Christmas Day..and it just never happened. We’ve been together for 6 years and engaged for two. It just hurts that he’s made those promises and hasn’t delivered. Yes, I’m going to talk to him about it, but I’m kind of feeling very low and heartbroken right now. I just wanted to vent about my situation 😕

He proposed to me on my birthday two and a half years ago. We live together and have a life together and have both been married before.
