⚠️ Trigger warning ⚠️ trigger warning ⚠️
My postpartum anxiety has been so good so far! I’ve been doing so well, sleeping well and been really happy!
But yesterday I saw a graph that said something like 80% of SIDS cases happen at 3 months.
My baby girl will be 10 weeks on Monday and my anxiety just went through the roof!
We do all of the safe sleeping methods: bassinet beside our bed, no blankets or pillows, room set to 65-70 degrees, humidifier on, she’s on breast milk, and I get up every 3-4 hours to pump and check on her.
She’s in the 85th percentile for weight and 70th for length and no complications or health issues at birth!
But I can’t help but still worry.
And reassuring information or advice on how to move past this anxiety?
