Contractions but not that painful?

So I’m having contractions but they aren’t that bad 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe like a 4 or 5 out of 10. I’m 38 weeks baby is dropped and I’m completely thinned. Is it normal for it to not be painful? I’m still at home obviously. They’ve all last a little over a min and been 8 mins apart so not close enough. When I was induced with my daughter the contractions didn’t hurt until after my water was broken .

Nov 8th at 6 am I felt something and was like huh. I think that was a contraction. It didn't hurt but I got another fairly quickly. They were short like 15 seconds but every 2-3 minutes. So I started timing them around 6:30. Around 8:00 am they started to slow down and I was like dang it's not it! Our 2 year old woke up and I went to get him. I needed to pee and when I wiped I had my bloody show. Woke my husband up and said it's go time! Now this is baby #4. You'd think I would without a doubt know when I was having labor contractions. But they were so light I really wasn't sure. Got to the hospital at 9:30 and she was born at 12:18 pm.
