Implantation bleeding??
So, my tubes have been tied for almost 5 months now. My period isn’t due for another week and I am 6DPO but this morning I wiped and got light pink spotting, I put a tampon in and when I took it out about 3 hours later nothing was there. Been having some cramping and bloating. My periods usually come at the same time each month. Anybody else have this happen?
