Constant lower back pain 39 weeks. Labor soon?

I woke up this morning with lower back pain and hip pain. No matter what position I am in or with a pillow between my legs I can’t relieve the pain. It’s a constant, dull pain. Feels like I have fire in my back and hips.

I haven’t had any labor signs yet at 39 weeks, but I just feel off today and now the back pain. I’m wondering if it’s the start of labor? Maybe back labor? I’ve done some reading and I know most people have contractions with them and I haven’t had contractions at all. Not even BH. It doesn’t wrap around to my front that I can tell. I’m just so uncomfortable! I go for my 39 week appointment tomorrow morning and plan on mentioning it. I’m supposed to be induced Thursday if I’m progressing good enough.

Any other mama’s that have had this and labored soon?
