I gave up caffeine my first pregnancy and felt like I should this time. I lasted until 14 weeks and then started drinking 1/2 caffeinated coffee every day. It saved me.

I have not I usually have 1-2 cups of coffee especially if I feel myself getting a headache. I haven’t had much soda though mostly coffee

I have a caffeine sensitivity (it gives me a headache, makes me tired, anxious, nauseous) so I don’t drink caffeine but I like a good decaf coffee everyone once in a while to fit in😬

I didn’t give it up with my first. I was kindergarten teacher with an hour commute both ways. It was the only way I survived. 
I have almost given it up completely this pregnancy as well. Almost, as in if I am out and Starbucks is close, I’ll grab a grande. 🤷‍♀️ I think as long as you watch the amount you have, you can have it. I didn’t do the best job with moderation my first pregnancy. Usually I would only have 1 grande size from home or Starbucks a day...but sometimes I needed more and would drink a bit more.

Very rarely! And if I do it’s like we went out to dinner or something and I got a tea or a soda with caffeine. But I can count on one hand how many times I’ve done that!

I did not at all through the first trimester since there’s already a higher risk of MC, and would have kept that up throughout the pregnancy if my migraines hadn’t started murdering me. My OB actually told me to start having some to make them stop, and it’s helped so much. The medications I would normally take are a no-go during pregnancy. It makes me far more paranoid about cramps, though. If you do, read up on the risks, and keep it below 200mg a day.

I usually have 2-3 cups of instant coffee a week. I can’t wait to have a huge REAL coffee again 😂
