Any 18 month old got told they have a heart murmur?

My daughter was told she had a subtle small heart murmur. Nothing to worry about.
But of course this Mama worries.

Both my daughter and I have innocent murmurs. Mine has never caused any issues and I am hoping that it goes the same way for my little girl. Sending good vibes your way!

I had one as a baby and it was there until early adulthood. Nothing crazy ever became of it. 
The worst was only in high school I was having sudden palpitations. We want to children's memorial hospital to see a specialist then. The specialist did lots of test, and he determined it to still just be subtle. And the palpitations went away after about a year. In adult hood, not one doctor has said they hear anything offbeat (pun intended).
