Hip Pain at Night
Hi All!
So before pregnancy, I was a stomach sleeper. Since I’ve gotten bigger (27w5d today), I’ve completely converted to side sleeping. My hips having been KILLING me recently - like wake me out of a dead sleep type pain. The only thing that relieves the pressure is if I get on all fours to stretch them out, but at 3am that’s the last thing I want to be doing. I started putting a pillow under my hips directly, which helped the first two nights, but I was wondering what everyone else does to make it more bearable?
