I’m so stressed out

Something is wrong with my body. I keep having bubbles go through my uterus (tmi) and it comes out my butt..and I literally pass gas and this happens 24/7. (I’m not pregnant) Then I have a unusual white discharge that I keep getting told is normal but when it gets on my panties it smells musty..then when I’m at work (I work 12hr shifts and never get a chance to sit down) the discharge irritates my butt and sometimes my vagina because it’s so much of it that comes out. It makes it itch. It’s just a very weird and uncomfortable thing. I do not have any stds. I need to know what’s going on with me and I don’t have health insurance to go to a obgyn and I can’t afford health insurance. I literally do not know what to do to be seen so this can be solved 😭

Could my ph balance be off? Could that be the cause of this weird white discharge that irritates me? Me and my ex had a lot of unprotected sex in the past and I feel like that maybe messed up my ph balance now I have this weird discharge
