Tingling sensation in Breast ???

I am 5/6 dpo and in the middle of the night i had period like cramps which i never have this early .. now it’s later in the day & i have a tingly sensation in my left nipple. Anyone ever had this before? Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

Yes, that was actually my first symptom for both of my pregnancies. I would start feeling the tingling or sore feeling in my nipples usually 3-4 days before my period and it continued for a couple weeks after. Best of luck! I hope you get your positive!! ❤️
