Parenting time concern. Please help.
My sons father and I went to court for parenting time in 2015. He was awarded every Tuesday from 6pm - 8pm and every other Sunday. Due to him having issues with his anger and other things, he was to follow with strict court ordered therapy and a couple other things. He isn't allowed more than 2 hours with him at a time.
Well, he hasn't seen our son in 2½ (ish) years. He texted me last night out of the blue, stating he would be here the 19th to pick our son up for his court ordered parenting time, and if I deny it that I'm in contempt of court.
I don't even know where this man lives, and it isn't updated with the courts. I'm waiting to hear back from our case worker on what I should do, as I feel extremely uncomfortable allowing him to take our son.
I was told by other people that I have to allow it cause it's court ordered, but then people tell me not to allow it, and if he presses contempt of court that he was contempt with all the missed parenting times.
His wife has started blowing my phone up, I have asked them both not to come on my property, and I do have no trespassing signs up. That's all I said, and they keep saying, idc we will be there.
