Bilingual

Hello ladies,

I am currently pregnant with my third and my boyfriend of eight years is bilingual and his mom only speaks Spanish and his father and siblings are also bilingual. I am getting nervous because the whole family keeps telling me her first language will need to be Spanish and she will learn English when she goes to school but I speak zero Spanish just the normal high school Spanish so not fluently. I keep bringing it up to my boyfriend because o feel English should be her sole language as I am the solely caregiver and will need to be able to communicate with my baby but he continues to tell me relax and his mom needs to talk to her too, anyone also in this boat or previously that can offer me some advice?
