Pregnant or PMS?

So I’m suppose to have my period in 4 days and I had unprotected sex about 4 days ago using the pull out method. I’ve been having some acne, nipple tenderness, discharge, and very mild constipation and cramps. I will definitely test if I’m late but is there a reason to worry at this point? Or is it too early? I went to the doctor and urine tested negative but it’s still to early.
