Mirena IUD

Hey guys! I got my iud January 2020 and I had a single period after insertion and nothing ever since!! BUT all of the sudden I'm spotting and cramping and my nips/boobs are super sore and sensitive and bloating (I'm a ballon its beautiful) and I'm so confused??? Has this happened to anyone else? Did you know the cause of it? Is it normal??? Like why??? After almost a full and happy year of no period why now?!?! Again?? All of the sudden??? Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated right now please and thank you
