Language development

My girl still just babbles. Occasionally she will throw in a word here and there like mama or bubba. She talks ALOT like non stop she just won’t say any actual words. Any time we try to work with her she just says uh huh. She also does not like praise she just gets embarrassed and acts like a crazy banshee when we do and will no longer do anything. She also will not point to her body parts she knows some of them but refuses when asked. I’m afraid we might have to go to speech therapy.
