Is this a period /Am I pregnant

so Sunday started bleeding lasted about 3 days it was light and spotty for most of it.I take my patch off sunday so my period should've started around 1/12. I took a test Wed. That was negative but would it still be too early to detect? Should I expect my period like normal? Please help if anything similar has happened.
