High risk?

Question

Anyone had multiple miscarriages and not been high risk? I had a mc January last year, then two early losses(chemicals) throughout the year. I asked my doctor if I was high risk and we got side tracked and the question didn’t get answered but I did ask her if I could start doing my yoga and pregnancy workouts and she said that was fine. Would that be considered not high risk? I guess because everything looks fine I wouldn’t be? Just trying to make sure 😅

I have had 5& they don’t classify me as high risk either😓 I thought I would be but According to them Im not. I do luckily have a good relationship with my perinatologist he has seen me through my last losses and he asked me if i wanted him to monitor me closer. So at 32 weeks at his office they started doing NST test& ultrasounds 2xs a week. Im so happy because it gives me a piece of mind❤️🙏🏻

Do they have any idea on why you were miscarrying or did they tell you to restrict activities? If they didn’t tell you to restrict activities, I would say yoga and prenatal workouts are pretty much as safe as you can get! I’ve kept up my regular high intensity (hiit) and weight training and am high risk but I’m not high risk due to miscarriage so my doctor has said to keep it going, I’m currently almost 21 weeks and working out an hour daily (was prior).
Otherwise, I would just call them or email  to verify before starting.

I had the Paraguard IUD and it came out by itself August 2019. Ended up getting pregnant the next month ending in a chemical. Got pregnant again, miscarried January 2020, tried again in May to end in another chemical 2 weeks late and couldn’t get pregnant again until November 2020 after was put on Prometrium(progesterone). They wanted to wait to give me the Prometrium after I got a positive test but every time I would get a positive test it was a weekend and by the time my dr office was open I would already start bleeding and lose it. So I had to beg for it pretty much in September and it helped the first month I used it. So I had to have had a progesterone deficiency or something wrong with my uterine lining due to the iud of some sort because everytime I got pregnant the implant wouldn’t hold. She told me that I can start back doing my low impact workouts just as long as I’m not heavy lifting. I mainly want to know so I can work, idc if I workout or not honestly lol. I’m too tired too right now anyways 🤣
