Is it a uti?

I am having painful and frequent urge of urination, both of which I know are uti symptoms but I’m also having this pulsating/spasm like pain on my urethra, is this also a uti symptom? I don’t have health insurance so I can’t go to urgent care, I have to wait until monday so I can go to my clinic and get a discount on my appointment

Yea sounds like what I've had before. The Azo cranberry pills also help with the urgent feeling. They kinda help numb it so u can't feel it as much. But it doesn't cure it. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice!

Sounds like it could be, when i had uti i would always run to use the toilet but only pee small droplets which later on if left without antibiotics etc it'll start to sting when urinating and ill sometimes (sorry TMI) pass little mucus/blood clot , i didn't take antibiotics only when i first had but alot of mums recommended drinking cranberry juice which helped get rid of it and its my go to if i know i have uti
