Period talk
So, my cycle is regular but I get cramps about a week before I start and my first day, the cramps are so bad that I have to take pain relief medicines no if’s of buts about it. But have anyone ever experienced really bad cramps on the 4th day?? This been happening to me for months now.... kind of concerning..
