5mo breastfeeding pain.

We struggled with nursing when our daughter was born due to tongue and lip ties. They were corrected at two weeks and she’s nursed great since. The last couple of days though it hurts to nurse her again. It’s like her latch has regressed. Part of it is she is so distracted and pulls away without letting go so she yanks on my nipple. But even when she’s in the right position, it hurts. I’ve tried relatching her but that didn’t help. She ate an hour ago and I’m still sore. We’d like to continue to nurse her but I’m not that excited about if it’s going to hurt like this!

Anyone else experience this? Tips?
