Period or implantation bleeding..?

Does anyone have any information for me on implantation bleeding? My period was a week late and I've been showing potential signs of early pregnancy HOWEVER, I started to have a weird type of period begin. I've had 2 miscarriages so I know how the bleeding with those goes. This isn't that but its not like my normal period. There are clots but not really a lot of blood happening and I don't understand whats going on.. it started Friday afternoon and its pretty much done now, Sunday. I know implantation bleeding can happen for a few days so im just very confused because sometimes its heavier that others and it seems to be too heavy to be spotting. We've been trying to get pregnant for a couple years and I've never had this type of period before so im confused and frustrated because I know my body but now I don't know what this is.
