How to increase my milk supply?

I can only feed my baby breast twice a day because that’s the only milk I have. I have to supplement with formula. But I want to exclusively breast feed. It’s heartbreaking. How can I increase my milk? I drink a gallon of water a day.

Water and feed on demand. Even if you feel like you don’t have milk keep putting baby to breast. That is the best way to increase milk supply. Oatmeal helps and I also like to drink body armor drinks in addition to lots of water

Breastfeeding is supply and demand. If you don’t put baby to breast then you won’t make much. Formula will only hurt supply. 
The more you express the more you make. Baby at breast only twice a day isn’t enough for supply and demand.
