Screaming baby after feedings

My almost 3 week old has been extremely fussy and screaming after feedings. I’ve been strictly formula feeding due to no milk production. When she was born she was drinking Similac pro-advanced formula. She was throwing that up every feeding so they switched her to Similac pro-sensitive. With that formula she was pooping 8+ times per day and it was like water. So when she saw her pediatrician last week they switched her to Similac pro-total comfort due to lactose intolerant. Now she starts screaming about 10-20 minutes after feedings. Her poops are still really watery but they are a very dark green color.

My other daughter was the same way and she was lactose intolerant and they put her on Similac alimentum. Is this worth a call to the doctor? It makes me so sad seeing her in so much pain. Has anyone else experienced this?
