Where you covid positive at some point in2019 OR 2020?

If so would you care to tell me your expierence? I want to know first hand expiernces and not what the media has been playing, that has shown to be heavily manipulated.
I had an uncle pass away in mexico from covid and 2 aunts get it and are fine now and although not confirmed by a test im still 100% sure my husband got in in November of 2019 while we were in Florida. Hes absolutly fine now but he temporarily  lost his taste and smell. And had a very light "cold" 
Some lady here wanted to tell me I was stupid for thinking Covid 19 (NINTEEN!) was NOT in the U.S in 2019. Like um what 🥴 CO (corona) VI (virus) D (disease) 19 (2019).

Any way does anybody care to share thier first hand expiernce with Covid?

I didn’t have it in 2020, but I’m willing to bet that I had it in October/November 2019. I took care of a vented patient for 12 hours, one on one contact, with severe ARDS pneumonia of unknown origin. He’d been on the vent for nearly a month, and had been transferred to the teaching hospital (one of the top in the state), to see if they could figure out what was wrong with him. His family planned to withdraw care a few days later, so he obviously never got tested. We only used gloves and gowns with him, no respiratory or eye protection. A few days after caring for him, I got REALLY sick. I had shortness of breath just thinking about moving, coughed for weeks, and shared with my husband and work partner. They both were sicker than I was. We all missed a few days of work through the worst of it. I have had continuous known exposures since March, one of which was a kid who had shot himself in the head. I wasn’t wearing eye protection, got his blood and saliva all over my face and clothing, never got sick. Hospital said he was the worst case they’d seen on imaging. I should have by all rights caught it from him. My coworkers have been getting it left and right, and I’ve been around a lot of them and still haven’t gotten it, which leaves me to believe I have some level of immunity. That illness was the only time I have been sick in the past 3-4 years, so it would have to be my point of contact. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you peeps. I appreciate the responses. It all kinda adds to my opinion/suspicion/speculations... you get it. I look foward to anybody else who ends up caring to share thier expierence. 
Do still be safe. Practice good sanitation at all times. Because if its not one germ its another.

My fiance and I had it in 2019 December but maybe a lighter version? Our noses were stuffed and we felt drained most of the time. And we used a friends nebulizer thing to clear our sinuses and it actually helped. 
2021 January we actually got covid. I tested positive and it didn't take too long for my fiance to get it. It started out as a sore throat and small cough. Then i got body aches, tiredness and felt a bit weak. At work I noticed i couldn't taste Cheetos or smell spray paint other than the stinging smell when inhaling (work as a used car detailer so we deal with spray paint a bit). The first week, I couldn't eat or drink much liquids because i ended up throwing up or feeling queasy. I felt so weak that I stayed in bed all the time except to use the bathroom. Im also pregnant so it felt a lot worse. My fiance got headaches, tiredness, loss of smell and taste, body aches and throwing up.

I had it and honestly wasn't the worst thing I've been through. I breathed just fine, Lungs never hurt, it was a mild headache, body ached for one day, sneezing, coughing, and loss sense of smell and taste for 2 weeks. That's it. The feeling bad part lasted like 4 days.

First was congestion and migraines. Then felt fine. Then lungs burned and chest hurts constantly  and felt soo fucking heavy. Still does. And a dry cough. 
Can’t really do anything without becoming slavery short of breath. I’m a healthy 20 year old and have asthma. 
Nauseous and dizzy spells. 
I’ve had this for the last month or so now. 
Ik others who had cold symptoms and are fine 
Others who got pneumonia etc 
Point is it gets everyone differently. So if ppl only know of ppl who didn’t have any symptoms or just small stuff. It doesn’t mean it’s like that for everyone.

Haven't tested for it at all but I'm also assuming I had it back in November of 2019. I was coughing, sleeping was rough so I was super exhausted, hard time breathing but not shortness of breath. I could still smell and taste things from what I remember but no fever either. My ex never caught anything nor did my toddler. My symptoms lasted about 2 weeks and that was it.

I can't say for sure but December 2019 I went to Vienna the last few days I didn't feel right and it's only now that all my symptoms at the time match up so it's possible. I've never been sick like it in my life that's for sure

I was exposed to COVID at my job on December 30th, 2020 and tested positive on January 4th, 2021 after waking up with the following symptoms: sore throat, headache, runny nose, and congestion. January 6th, 2021, l noticed my sense of taste and smell was gone. Now on January 11th, 2021, l have a random cough or sneeze here and there and my throat will get sore here and there as well. And l still can’t smell or taste anything. I’ve been at home since l tested positive resting and drinking plenty of water and orange juice throughout the day. I also have been doing some of my regular day to day activities such as light cleaning, going on an early morning walk in my neighborhood (l haven’t encountered anyone on these walks), and my usual hobbies.
