Farts that travel to vagina VARTS

So I gave birth a month ago, a Csection unfortunately. Anyways so I have been wearing liners, and these cause gas to travel down the road instead of being expelled through the cloth. Gross, I know. Umm anyways, since yesterday I started to bleed more and also there is more pain in that area. Could I have gotten a uti? I really don’t have any experience with this. Or could my csection have gotten infected(from something else) and that’s what is making me bleed more and the pain.

Sorry if this post doesn’t make sense. I have a toddler and a four week old that won’t let me sleep.
