Overcoming fear to sleep

Anyone else feel this way or have any advice?

I had a very challenging pregnancy (preterm labor and bed rest at 28w) and baby was born at 36w. He lived in NICU for 2 days before we could take him home. He chokes during bottle feedings, has tons of congestion, and major spit up episodes. We’re working on getting into a swallow specialist but it’s taking a long time.

I’m super terrified to sleep when baby sleeps in case something happens. I’m worried we won’t hear him cry or make it to him in time if he chokes. Hubby thinks it will be okay but I can’t get over this fear. Anyone else?
