I typically have long/irregular cycles. LMP was Oct 26th, 2020. I had a miscarriage on Dec 4th, 2020. I’m now on CD 40 and just not sure what to do. I’ve been tracking my temp and using opk’s...still BFN. Any advice, feedback, tips?
