Severe cramping 5dpo, 9 days till period
I'm having severe cramps, but I'm not supposed to start my period for another 9 days. I've never had severe cramping like this outside of my periods.
I'm currently taking Maca and Vitex vitamins to regulate my periods. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I've been taking them for a month now.
Any idea what could be going on?
