Pregnancy after miscarriage

Did anyone have a healthy pregnancy and baby after they miscarriage? I had a Mac in august in 2019 at 5 weeks and I’m so scared about my next pregnancy I’ve prayed so much for my next pregnancies and babies to be healthy but I’m so scared. Tia x
