Baby at a house closing? Suggestions please!

My partner and I are buying our first home. My MIL has said for weeks that she would make herself fully available for closing day to help watch our kids for a couple of hours. Closing is Friday and today she says she got told that her and my FIL could get covid 19 vaccines but the only day they can do it is Friday at the hospital their niece works at and it's 2 hours away. Our only option now would be to bring our 2 kids. I can put a mask on my 4 yo and give him a tablet with a good movie and probably get by but I'm worried about our little 10 month old. Generally speaking it wouldn't be an issue because I babywear and breastfeed but Covid has me all worried. Any suggestions or experience??
