Scared

So my little one is 10 months old and for the pass week he has been scared to go into the bath. As soon he see the bath he starts crying. Before this he was fine, always playing in the water.

The secomd part is he is scared of his cot i have alwayd rock him to sleep which is fine as i lie him down when he's still awake and he used to fall asleep. Now everytime he wakes up he screams the place down, he works himself up i can't settle him in our room so got to go to the living room. He wakes up about 5/6 times just crying and i have no idea why. He used to be fine when he wake up during the night, lie him down and he would go back to sleep. It's been the same time as the bath, all this started to happen. I don't know how to help him I'm so tired and we live in a 2 bed flat and he's in our room with his big sister. She needs her sleep and I'm going back to work soon. Seeing as he's crying so much should i just sleep training. I really don't know what to do, i would appreciate any help and advice.
